I spent four years at L'Oréal Luxe building analytics infrastructure and leading consumer insights across the Luxe division, where I also co-founded Black @ L'Oréal, a national employee resource group that scaled across L'Oréal USA and produced signature cultural programming and events.
I'm now a Product Analyst at FanDuel Casino, where I lead experimentation analytics, player segmentation frameworks, and cross-functional product deep dives working at the intersection of behavioral data and product strategy to inform how millions of players experience the platform.
A Rutgers alumnus, CliftonStrengths Strategic thinker, and lifelong sports, entertainment, and fitness enthusiast. I bring the same energy to the data as I do to the culture.
Outside of my day job, I founded BCC - Bridging Communities and Culture, where I work as the strategic architect behind creator and community brands. My work spans structuring brand partnerships, designing multi-partner events, and developing go-to-market strategies at the intersection of sports, music, and lifestyle. I'm always in the room.
